Custom Wardrobe and Laundry Fitout
Custom wardrobe with mirror sliding door. The wardrobe was built and fitted to the ceiling with a plinth. Soft-close drawers were fitted along with a pullout trouser rack. Plenty of hanging space and storage space.

Laundry renovation required a storage cabinet with drawer underneath and overheads. Top is post-formed 10×10 front edge in Starlight and doors are Sarsen Grey Gloss.

The client also required a custom cabinet to fit in old existing door way to block it off. It was decided to install a ironing board in that space. This created a perfect storage solution with space for the ironing board and easy access in the Laundry Area for ironing.

Venation Statuario Quartz tops with Painted Doors
Custom Kitchen Renovation with high quality Venation Statuario Quartz bench-tops and Painted white doors. Part of the process was for Perth Cabinet Makers to remove and disposed of the old kitchen and facilitated the electrical and plumbing trades to help make the process run smoothly.
Once the old kitchen was removed the Brand New kitchen was installed with maximum care to ensure the end result was completed to a high standard.
Pantry is a walk in pantry which has adjustable shelves and a light switch system that turns the pantry light on when entering the pantry. The Laundry was originally part of the kitchen so this was kept, and we fitted special sliding Bi-Fold doors.
Client requested a lot of large drawers, where we used Grass drawer runner systems with soft-closing. We also installed a painted roller door to the appliance cabinet, which has down lights built in, with sensor activation so when the roller door was opened the lights lit up the work area. The range hood was built into the overhead cabinet area, with the range-hood ducting and motors being placed in the roof space, so noise were reduced to a minimum.

Tips to Care for Smart stone Benchtops
Smart Stone Granite Benchtops is perfectly suited for commercial and residential kitchen areas. It offers higher durability and comes with some of the most exceptional features such as chip resistant, non porous, mildew resistant and heat resistant. The blend of high quartz content and highly dense structure makes surface of smart stone non-porous and eradicates the need for any sealing. It is advisable not to place extremely hot items directly on the bench top surface as there is a risk of thermal shock in the slab. Utmost attention is primarily required in case of hairline cracks as they can reduce the longevity and strength of the bench top.

New Kitchen Renovation in Perth;
This job included a complete removal of the old kitchen. We installed the new kitchen with the client supplied Belfast Sink. It was a pleasure working with such a quality and expensive sink, and appreciate the owner providing faith in Perth Cabinet Makers to complete the job to the highest quality.
The client chose to go with a post-formed top and coloring to match the existing home and the Jarrah floor boards and Vinyl Wrap doors.
All cabinets had quality soft-close drawers and door hinges.
